I am writing to you to just let you know what a great employee you have. I know how hard it can be when dispatching and trying to ensure that all business runs smoothly, being a dispatcher myself. I am sure that you already know what an asset you have with Sam but I just wanted to be sure that you knew from a customer point of view. We deal with A VERY HIGH VOLUME of business with you guys and to be able to know I can call Sam and get everything figured out (without any trouble) makes my job that much easier. She is a great representation of your company and especially now with your expansion. I can't imagine not being able to have her there. She is always cheerful and pleasant to deal with which again makes my life that much easier.
